Ideal choice for families or small groups of up to 3 people. The triple room is located on the ground floor of Building B and has direct access to the courtyard, offering convenience and comfort. The space features a wooden partition, offering a subtle separation for greater privacy.

The room includes air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table, covering all needs for a comfortable stay.

11/06/2026 – 10/07/2026: 75€

11/07/2026 – 31/08/2026: 90€

01/09/2026 – 15/09/2026: 75€

16/09/2026 – 10/10/2026: 65€

Minimum stay: 5 nights
Deposit: 30% and full payment upon arrival!

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 3 weeks before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are given!
• In case of cancellation 1 week before arrival, 50% of the total stay cost will be charged.

In case of no-show, full payment is required!
