It is located on the ground floor of Building B and offers direct access to the courtyard, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Although it does not have a balcony, it is a practical choice for those seeking a simple and restful stay.

The room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, a bathroom with shower, and a small refrigerator. It does not include a kitchen or coffee maker.

Minimum stay: 5 nights
Deposit: 30% and full payment upon arrival!

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 3 weeks before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are given!
• In case of cancellation 1 week before arrival, 50% of the total stay cost will be charged.

In case of no-show, full payment is required!
